Horrible customer service experience. Purchased a warranty for my 200 glasses and nobody knew how to pull up my information. The person was unable to help me. There were no managers on site and basically I was told oh well theres nothing we can do come back in a few days. The issue is I live 40 minutes away soo to have to drive back is inconvenient. My best advice is just buy your glasses from sunglass hut the actually store.
