I was very happy with my visit today. The gentleman that helped me was amazing. He was very attentive and offered me many options because I wanted brand new glasses not the display.. He took extra time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back for more business.

I just bought some Ray Bans today at the mall after having a really hard week at work. My previous pair broke and I decided to upgrade after wanting a nice pair for years. Missy was super helpful and sweet and made my week a little better with how sweet she was. Thanks Missy for the excellent customer service and for giving me a reason to smile

The store manager Marysa was extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely come back and recommend this particular Sunglass Hut 5712 location to friends and family.

Wasn't quite sure why there was a Sunglass Hut both upstairs and downstairs on the same end of the Park Meadows mall, but nonetheless there is. Visited upstairs and customer service was limited. Went downstairs and while maybe a bit smaller of a store, Lee (the store manager) definately earned my business. She was available, engaging and honest when giving her opinion on what looked best. And while it is easy to hesitate and want to look around when spending 300 on a pair of sunglasses; she made it easy to decide to buy. Very pleasant experience and great employee for the company.

Don't waste your money, plenty of alternatives from several online retailers that don't mark their products up by hundreds of dollars just so you get a "Ray-Ban" printed on your lens. If you have to buy from sunglass hut's brands, find your favorite pair in store and order them online. No point in spending 300 on sunglasses that have been tried on by hundreds of people

Terrible company, terrible employees. Over a year ago I was shopping for glasses and decided to go to sunglasses hut because I knew they had a large selection. Many of them were incredibly expensive brand names and I wasn't very sure whether or not I wanted to shell out 200 for a nice pair. The salesman told me that if I made the purchase I would get a guarantee 50% off purchase of the exact same pair if I ever break or lose them. I was explicitly told that this was a lifetime guarantee, which I clearly remember was the selling point for me to make my purchase. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I ended up losing my pair. It was unfortunate but I figured 100 for the same pair (which I loved) was worth getting another. I went to this location, told them I lost my pair and everything was going smoothly until I was just about to pay. I was told that the 50% off deal was only valid within 12 months of the purchase. I explained to the employee how I was told it was lifetime and how I explicitly remembered that was the selling point. The incredibly rude employee then acted like I was lying and even started laughing among his other employees. He ended up being so rude to me that I ended up walking straight out the store. This company scams its customers, and hires inexperienced fresh out of college kids. Don't shop at this store unless you want to deal with sorry people who get paid 12 an hour with their marketing degree.
