At the store I could have purchased the classes at the time but Elysses the salesperson said she could have a brand new unopened pair sent to my house to arrive in 2 or 3 business days. I said sure, why not? But they never showed up. She said if I didn't like them when I got them I could return them and showed me the return policy. After several days, I called customer support because I can't reach the store, the phone number doesn't work! And I was told by customer support that Elysees ordered a custom pair of sunglasses and they are coming from Italy and they weren't even shipped out of the factory yet! I probably won't even be in town when they arrive and they could be on my doorstep for weeks?? I asked to cancel the order and was told it couldn't be cancelled it was a custom order! I was also told custom orders are not returnable and the return policy doesn't apply to custom orders yet Elysses made a point of showing me the return policy and telling me I could return them after trying them out if I didn't like them. I WAS NEVER TOLD AT THE STORE THIS WAS A CUSTOM ORDER, THAT THERE WERE NO RETURNS AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE WEEKS TO ARRIVE!!!! THIS WAS FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION! I HATE SUNGLASS HUT THEY ARE INCOMPETENT! THE ONLY OTHER TIME I PURCHASED AT A SUNGLASS HUT SEVERAL YEARS AGO, I WAS TOLD IF I SCRATCH THE LENS ON MY NEW MAUI JIMS, MAUI JIM WOULD REPLACE THE LENS FOR FREE. THAT WAS ALSO A LIE AND I FOUND THAT OUT THE HARD WAY TO THE TUNE OF A 90 FEE FOR LENS REPLACEMENT. I WENT BACK TO SUNGLASS HUT LAST WEEK BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WAS JUST ONE ISOLATED INCIDENT. From reading other reviews and my own terrible experiences it is clear Sunglass Hut has a big problem with misrepresentation that borders on FRAUD. They should try to find the source: is it poor training, no training, or do the representatives make up lies to make a commission?

When they tell you your purchase comes with a one year warranty, they might be lying to you... if your purchase is “on sale” then you get no warranty (regardless of the fact that the sales guy tells you that your purchase comes with a one year warranty). Buy your overpriced sunglasses elsewhere.

Spent over 500 on glasses and not once was insurance discussed. Now that I need to have a minuscule ding in one of the lenses, there’s nothing they can do for me...awful customer service.

Our experience at this location was totally AWESOME. Kelsey was very personable and very efficient. She was super sweet! We are so impressed with her. We will be back because of her. She was extremely helpful and polite, wonderful young lady. I would give her 10 points. Kelsey made us feel really comfortable and my husband tried on all sorts of sunglasses. We end up buying 2 pairs and absolutely love it. She was very professional and patient with all of our various questions and accommodated all of his requests. Thank you Kelsey! I would recommend this store 100%.

Walked into both locations with my wife and 2 kids. Both times sales people did not acknowledge us and greeted people that came in after us. I don't know what kind of prejudging training these guys have but I'm done with sunglasses hut personally. I work in sales, you don't prejudge. I spent almost 300 on two pairs at oakley in the same shopping center instead.
