Horrible. 3 weeks just for a refund. The run around was unbareable. The manager was nice enough though and I loved my glasses but that's about it.

Great store: good selection and extremely helpful staff (Laura in particular)! Went above and beyond customer service one two seperate occassions. Would recommend buying here if you need a new pair of sunglasses.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I went in and asked the sales associate if they carried Warby Parker. I wasn’t sure if Sunglass hut carried that brand. I don’t know if she couldn’t hear me or just ignored me but she didn’t respond. It’s blasphemy. The systemic treatment of customers is degrading to customers who are walking in to purchase a pair of sunglasses. To that end I’ll say Sunglass Hut needs to do something about the way they treat certain customers. I left feeling deflated, degraded and humiliated.

Worst customer service. The girl who was working had a awful attitude. You guys need to make some changes for hiring people. If you are tired of seeing customer then go find a job with zero customer service. I prefer to buy my sunglasses from other stores but not with deal with stupid customer service.

I went into this Sunglass Hut location to exchange a pair of sunglasses. The lady that was there happened to be the store manager. I explained I wanted to return my sunglasses. She grabbed them by the lenses to look at them and said there’s a small scratch, that they couldn’t be returned only exchanged for half of their value, but she said “I’m not even sure how I would do that”. I was talking to her as she abruptly walked away from me to assist a customer that walked in a few minutes after I did. I contacted sunglass hut corporate who put me in touch with the regional manager Mike. Mike calls me and says “what’s up, you needed something” He’s confrontational, very unprofessional and plain rude., just as rude as the manager. Tells me I need to call him before exchanging my sunglasses at any sunglass hut!! Talk about a power trip!! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere!
