I went and bought 2 different sunglasses at this location! I really loved the service, Christian was helping me the entire time even tho I took too long to decide. I really appreciate his suggestions ( both pairs were his suggestions) and am glad he helped me! I would totally go back to that location

I went in to purchase a pair of ray bans at the South Bay galleria mall in South Bay and was told that the location inside Macy's would have more sales.I spoke to a woman named Sheena? And no matter how many times I told her I was browsing, she kept insisting and was super pushy. I'm not sure if it's because she's some type of middle eastern, but if someone says no, it's no. Please train your team to be much more relaxed in sales environments in which customers say they don't need assistance.

Excellent choices in men's suits, reasonable prices. Associate was very helpful. Managed to locate a suit for us that was not in the rack, helped with choosing the tie.
