Was recommended by the hotel staff as "best pizza in town"... not even close. They probably get kickbacks from that place. Service was ok, but waitress didn't speak English at all and didn't know the menu. Pizza was not bad, but burgers and chicken dishes were over cooked and tasteless. Charged for small bottle of water 5, regular bottle 6, and "mineral water" 9! What a rip-off! Will not come back and do not recommend others.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One of them arrived well. Another one is missing. Expected to have second pizza with mozzarella and prosciutto, received literally only mozzarella and prosciutto itself. No pizza. No crust. The person on the phone said that I did order an appetizer as a second item, not a pizza, claiming that I made a wrong order. When we made an order it clearly showed us a photo of pizza! Attached a photo below. They didn’t even try to get it and resolve the issue, instead they blamed us in choosing a wrong item. Very disappointed. Paid 17 for the few pieces of ham.

Food wasn't very good. (We did not get pizza.) The chicken parm was only a big piece of over cooked chicken. No pasta came with it only a slab of chicken. The Stromboli wasn't cooked all the way and was soggy. The waitress was very nice but forgot our salad after I reminded her. We decided to take the salad to go. I asked for dressing on the side so we could eat it tomorrow. It wasn't on the side or even the correct dressing. So we couldn't eat it tomorrow without it being a soggy nightmare. The bill was very expensive! It included a service fee of 14 I'm guessing this was gratuity?? We also got charged 4 for using our credit card. 103 dollars later! Ugh... stick with the pizza.

Came in late Night because nothing else was open. Wow , I was surprised how good the pizza was. I actually went back 2x more before going back to NYC...Great Pizza!

I pre ordered food 3 hours before my girlfriend and I wanted to eat dinner and the food came roughly on time but was under cooked. We ordered the Stromboli which was all dough on the bottom, unmelted shredded cheese and room temperature. Come late but don’t come with under cooked food. That’s a deal breaker...

Watch out for hidden fees,when doing delivery i was charged 38.00 for a burger and side of ff.it was the worst burger and ff i ever ate. E sure to ask questions and find out how much and hidden fees. Ps beware of fees.
