One stop submittals! I am in and out in just 5-10 minutes. It's great! People are friendly and the building is easily accessible. They break for lunch for a very short amount of time! You should have close to no issues submitting here

My experience was completely different. 7 trips to the permit office every time they moved the goal post with different requirements. This was not a complicated job just a small commercial exhaust fan installation. I deal with permit offices all around the SF Bay area. I would put this office down as second to the worst. The worst being San Jose. I guess if you are Google you are going to get a fair shake but if you are just a general contractor get ready for the pain train.

The One-Stop Permit Center was fantastic. No wait, answered questions, and instant approval - couldn't be better.
