First, they took all the necessary COVID safety steps, which was good to see. Second, the staff are professional and customer service is their top priority. Every step, from the time I called on the phone to the actual repair of my phone, customer service was top notch. Erik was very good about explaining what was happening with my phone. My phone was one of those casualties that couldn't be repaired, but Erik was able to save my data. I would definitely use them again.

They do good work, no charge for diagnostic like Central Computers. Just bought a refurbished Dell from them, they are pricey
