Rude lady at the window working the night shift. Must have load locks, so I had to buy two of them. My fault for not having any. Appointment was for 2:30pm I wasn't loaded until 7:30 and basically wasted all my clock waiting on them. Had to pc to a safe place because you can't stay overnight.

Average, not to fast not to slow for a pick up. I saw a truck driver get totally upset because he was 2 hours late for delivery and he even called in and lineage wanted to charge him 2 or 300 dollars for late fee. Now that upset me as a driver because there are many unforseen circumstances and calling in (in my opinion) is a wonderful courtesy and a responsible driver. Accidents happen, backed up traffic, tire blowout, refer stops working, many things can happen Anyways the driver decided to take the load back and not play the game which i dont blame him. Its a Hard life living on the road and these pencil pushing office people who go home everyday to their families should think about that. The freight broker makes all the money and we barely make enough for fuel, food and a little to pay some bills. Other than a this company charging you a late fee to deliver their freight, this location isn't to bad
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The rudest women in the world in the office. They are the face of the company, they are who drivers have to deal with. We are never coming here again, and highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. I tried to talk to the manager, but was put on the phone with a lady who I think was pretending to be the manager. Said her name was Lisa, she just interrupted me, argued, treated me with the greatest disrespect. The worst interactions I've ever had to endure. I've already reported them to the BBB, they need to understand they can't keep treating people like this and expect to keep doing business, especially in these crazy times.
All this lineage are the same under staff beginning at the gate all the way in to the office they’re the same way , bunch of them are the same you give them good review they will replying back if bad review.UP YOUR know what? I didn’t know where to pick up until the last minute and THIS PLACE F..k this place never
Drive all night to make my appointment on time. Got door immediately. These folks did an awesome by me this morning. Truly appreciated the experience.
