The short summary is that I had given up hope of ever getting my son. Nancy & her team got me 100% full custody with state relocation after two other attorneys had mentioned it would be tough (and I had given up). It was unbelievable. I cannot say enough. She changed this child's life and took him out of a poverty and drug stricken situation and back to our home. If you have a child custody matter, please do yourself a favor & book an appointment here. I paid for an hour consult & immediately Nancy ran through my options & why she was confident in the case. She was so logical and rational and saw the light where no other attorney did. Her team absolutely nailed our case to the point where the opposing attorney simply resigned from the case. We got everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend - she changed our whole family's life.

I’m a nurse in a long term relationship. My partner shares a 3 year old and we have a beautiful life. Nancy represented An estranged mother in revoking custody due to the opposing being a nurse. No other reason. She capitalizes on people’s covid fears and will take advantage of vulnerable situations. Lawyers with the ability to assist in Defamation and discriminatory acts against essential workers should not be able to practice the law. Lawyers that are okay with assisting in separating a loved and safe child from their parents due to their career choice of a nurse/medic/grocery shop worker/restaurant worker should not be able to practice the law. She is currently advertising assistance to first responders and essential workers. She clearly Does not protect essential workers or have their best interest in mind.

Working with Nancy, and her team was an absolute dream. My husband and I put off the legal stepparent adoption of our son for years - we were terrified of what that the process would entail. She helped me get a insurance card for my son from my sons father who would not send it to me. We had a few bumps in the road and she still stayed there and helped me get the card!
