I went to the Sunrise location. My hair did not turn out the way I wanted it. The color did not match the picture presented. My hair turned orange and gold. My entire scalp was burning as soon as bleach touched it. A strand test was not performed. My hair was washed out and blow dried for another application of bleach. My scalp was burning again. After another wash out, It was toned to calm the orange tones. That did not work. My hair was still orange and spotty. Some parts were brighter than others. The back of my head was still brown. I left the salon paying money for a job not well done. I had to spend more money to cover it up. I was highly disappointed.

I was seen by Jason. Although I didn't have an appointment, he was able to see me. I had a fantastic wash and deep conditioning. He gave me the best trim and feather cut in the front, while keeping my length. My hair wasn't bone straight, I left with volume and bounce. I was truly pleased and happy with the results!

I would not recommend at all! If you love your natural curls and want to get a silk press without it resulting in heat damage. Do not come here. 5 years of going completely natural and they damaged my hair. So much heat damage!!

I wanted a nice, natural hair style for my wedding. I booked an appointment but was worried about how my hair would look. I sent a photo to the stylist, Johnneka, and I talked to her about my hair texture and length. I could not make the free 15-minute consultation so we were able to discuss it on the phone. She suggested the type of hair, Marley, that I should buy. On the day of my appointment, the day before my wedding, I had to complete a COVID awareness questionairre. The employees and clients were wearing masks. I was asked to wash my hairs in the back and return to the front...fine by me! I met with Johnneka and went over what I wanted. After making a few adjustments to my style, I ended up loving the end result!! Johnneka was very patient and professional. I received so many compliments on my hair. I would definitely go back to that salon and Johnneka. Thank you!
