Good design, high quality, makes climbing out of water very easy. However, very difficult and awkward to raise back up into storage position due to weight and steep angle into the water. Need someway to hoist it back up easily.

I love our new ladder. However, be very careful. My ladder was not in the water 10 times and the paint scratched off from a kayak that rub against it. They do not warranty the power coat paint...it looks awful. I would spend that kind of money again.
Put me off until the fall then wont answer then phone or return messages
Great product and good moral and caring family operated business. Helped me out with a part that we broke on the 6 step ladder on Father's day weekend. If you are gone to make an improvement or investment at the lake, get the 6 step system. Should of done this year's ago!
Love our Wet Steps! I have knee and hip problems and our old steps kept me out of the fun here on the Lake. With our Wet Steps getting in and out of the water is a breeze.
