Wife took Yukon to get a/c fixed, they fixed it and it was covered so that cost nothing, however they said cabin filter needed to be changed, it was “filthy”, what they did not realize was that it had been changed by another dealership just 3 weeks before. When I questioned them Tim said that the mechanic just looked at the edge of the filter and it was dirty, see attached picture, that look dirty. So they lied, got caught and told another lie to TRY to cover it up. Then Tim suggested that we get injectors cleaned because they had carbon build up, however they didn’t pull the injectors to examine nor did I tell them to do so. The injectors had been cleaned just 13,000 miles before, again just another lie. Don’t trust them. Will NEVER go back to this dealership. This is fraud.
