This school is beyond awesome... I get to study Choy Lay Fut under one of the world's most respected and revered grandmaster, Sifu Li Siu Hung. The assistant instructors are all extremely knowledgeable as well so I have never left a class feeling like I didnt gain anything.. I found this place by accident 6 months ago and I have been loving it ever since and I dont see myself stopping anytime soon.. If you're in the area and have any interest whatsoever in martial arts, I highly recommend giving this place a look.

Sifu Li is a well known and well respected instructor of traditional Kung Fu. The school is a good size, in a good location and everyone is very helpful, humble and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone in the area who wants to focus on training in Kung Fu and Chinese Martial Arts.

My son has been learning Kung Fu since 4 years old and I have definitely see the changes in him. He is now very focused, serious with better concentration. He not only learns Kung Fu there, but discipline, team work, self defense and leadership as well. He is also a proud member of their lion dance team which he has gained tremendous experiences and confidence in public.
