I wanted to print out a presentation for my business and I had no clue how to do it and she guided me through the whole process and she made it so easy and her patience was immaculate! This is by far the best Office Depot in South Florida and I have been to a lot of them from WPB to South Miami. The staff is very kind and do try to solve any customer concerns. The copier area is the best and they don't act funny like the other stores when you have to use their computer (timer, thumbs down). Just an FYI tip, please save all of your documents in PDF format because they have a basic version of MS Word so, it might get out of formatting. Although there are times things get back up, the staff in the copier area are very apologetic about the delays in time. Luke Buskirk is the Store Manager and is a good guy. Try to look for him if there are any problems. He went out of his way to write me in an effort to correct a problem that occurred on the corporate level.

Printing area is huge, but there's only two employees. It took me 20 minutes to print two pictures. Staff was helpful but not really.
