I can believe it they send me a collection for 30 that I already pay the day of the visit. Incredible!!!

While the performance of their medical professionals met or exceeded the expected standards, I found their pricing and billing practices secretive and exorbitant. Prior to receiving their services, I inquired several times as to the potential cost and did not receive any estimate, range, or fee schedule. During the exam, the practitioner was only able to say that I could call the office and ask for a discount, but again was not able to give me an estimate, range, or fee schedule. Even calling the office several days after the exams, they were unable or unwilling to tell me any pricing information. It was not until one full month after the services were provided that I received a bill in the mail, from a California or Missouri based vendor. This bill was for four times what I would have reasonably expected based upon other similar services that I have previously priced out. If I had been properly informed of the cost from this provider, I would have sought out another, more reasonably priced, and locally based provider. Or I would have fought harder to decline these excessive and redundant CYA-type third-party vendor exams that the hospital claimed were required.
Horrible place. They charge way too much (over 3000 just for \attending\ c-section (uninvited) ) and threaten me to pay in full within 15 days even though they know insurance company is working on it, otherwise they will just release the collection people. Customer service guy are extremely rude and seems knows nothing about his work. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
