So far this place has been amazing!!! My son loves school and I feel comfortable with them. — I’m changing my review because I had to pull my son out of this facility. He hasn’t been here for months now. In the time span of about Three weeks my son was hurt at school three times, the last time being he was riding a trike outside WITHOUT PROPER SAFETY GEAR that should have been provided to the children if they’re going to be riding trikes/bikes at all. He fell and busted his head open, and was required to get stitches. It could have been avoided if sunrise provided proper safety gear for the kids if they’re playing on bikes. He is only two, so some injuries are expected but if I’m leaving my child with you for hours a day, I should feel at ease. I didn’t. Trae was removed and put into tutor time in Gilbert now where I KNOW hes safe. I loved the ladies up here though, they’re very nice. But this daycare is not somewhere I’ll recommend anybody leave their kids, which sucks because it was so close.

Staff are professional and friendly. Everyone is very supportive and provide a family environment. They work well with special needs. I have been a customer for 5 years. The need for the children's safety is top priority. The Director is Kelly and the Assistant Director Shannon are astute in the daily routines of the children and their school events. They make sure the children have a wholesome breakfast and snacks.Mr. Shawn and Miss Heidi are the bus drivers who start the school aged children on their journeys to school and encourage them with positivity for the day. The children love them. My son has Ms. Christina and has been with her for three years and loves her so much. There are some teachers I am not regularly involved with that greet you in passing with warmth and friendliness. The staff is multicultural and diverse in their backgrounds and train regularly. They respect all cultures and parents have made friends with other parents as a result of in-house activities. I have chosen to keep my son there throughout the years because of their commitment. I have had interaction with the corporate office and other locations with the same positive experience throughout the organization.We prefer this location as my son's home away from home.I love them!Thank you for all you do!
Love this facility and their staff! It brings such peace and comfort to know that I can leave my loved one here and not worry. The staff have been amazing at ensuring my little is learning, growing and is safe while here. I appreciate the family atmosphere here. They are supportive and have truly been a blessing in our lives! 5️⃣️️️️️ Hands down!
Sunrise has been really great with our children. My 2 kids have been with this preschool for more than 15 months. Shannon and Kelly are respectful and a great leaders. They are really welcome parents with a great manners. The Staff is very friendly and professional yet comfortable environment and super attentive with all kids. The teachers are great with our kids. I highly recommend this preschool.
I like this place. I have 3 kids and they seem to enjoy it. I understand being comfortable, but the staff regularly looks bummy comfortable. Seemingly nice women I’d say for sure. No one at the staff has a degree or an associates degree. The culture and environment needs improvement. Don’t base your kids enrollment on these reviews because the staff hounds the parents to leave good reviews. This place gets the job done, but they aren’t much better than your second option.
