Excellent service and their belt and buckles are the best price I ever known. What more do you really want from a merchant? I find it hard to believe people wants to blame merchants for choosing wrong size. They insist their size is wrong. This happened to all the belt sellers in eBay or amazon. Human beings are disgraceful. They can never be wrong. It has to be someone else fault. They choose wrong size. It’s merchant’s fault. They used to be 36 and they grew over month and they are still 36” and you merchant belt size must be wrong! I am forever 36”. It’s universal how to calculate size: from the end of prong to the mid hole.

We have dealt with this company for over 10 years. The owners have many years experience importing fast fashion and clothing accessories from China and the subcontinent. Anyone who thinks this is easy might take a look at Paul Midler's book \Poorly Made in China\. As another review has indicated, one should not expect a lot of hand holding from them (or anyone else in this demanding business), but contrary to that review, we can attest to straight dealing, fair pricing, and current merchandise from this company.
Buyer Beware - These 'owners' have extremely sharp and insulting tongues. Check your orders, check your shipping request. They charge high rates for UPS and send First Rate through the US Postal Service, nicely marking out the much lower amount they paid. No respect for businesses at all, they send things that are damaged, they add items that wasn't ordered, and they short you items. When you email to complain, 'they don't receive it'...when you call, they lie and pretend to be someone else. The verbal abuse we recv'd was HORRID! It amazes me that they are still in business with this act of abuse and scandal.
They sent wrong buckles, they have poor communication skills and bad customer service, I would never purchase from them again.
