Thinking of cancelling membership due to this location. Service is going down the drain and there is a fairly new employee yelling at customers HEY SO AND SO CAR IS READY.WHY DO I HAVE TO SCREEN EVERYTIME? Let me remind you, we pay your salary and this one employee lack of manners can make your business loose high quality clients such as my wife, son and I among others. Please have a meeting of some sort in regards to this matter. People should be Treated with respect and courtesy.

I dropped off my truck around 2pm today at the Sunrise Location & paid for a Ultimate Deal full interior & exterior detail which inc exterior black wax & armorall total cost 259.99 plus tax. I made sure with the lady before I paid that 3 hours would be enough time for to them do what I had paid 275-00 for & she assured me that she would be able to complete the work. I was skeptical when I got a call at 4-00 pm to say my truck would be ready by 4-15 seeing as it had only been at the location for just over 2 hours. My truck is a black Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4 door extended cab & in immaculate condition because I take care of it & have it wax every 3 months & clay bar applied every 6 months 1 because it’s black & 2 it protects & keeps the paint looking good so I know how long it roughly takes to complete such a task. Needless to say I got to the location at 4-43pm & upon inspection I made the manager aware of quite a few problems I had & his response was you’ll always find issues if you look closely enough to which I replied if I can see them you should be able to see them also. I’m going to give this location the benefit of the doubt & probably increase my rating after I take back my truck back on & they do what I paid them 275-00 to do. If this does not happen rest assured I will contact Amex & dispute this charge. I usually pay 120 for the service they have provided & I feel that they need to live upto the sales associate service description. I would like a customer service rep to call me because at this point I’m very unhappy indeed.
They always do such a good job cleaning our vehicles. Usually in and out pretty quickly
These guys are great. Get the monthly unlimited wash and vacuum plan. Worth the money if you like to keep your car clean!
These guys always do a great job. Exterior only for as low as 8. They also detail. I've been coming here for over ten years and they're consistently good. It's close to my office so I go during lunch and they get the car cleaned pretty quick. If there's a line I'll walk over to Wendy's or Pollo Tropical for lunch and wait till the car is ready.
