1 1/2 hours with an appointment just a little to long the people were great just to many appointments at one time

Brand sparkling new place, 5 stars there. Gary, the assistant who took care of me, was very slow. Helped everybody except the one who was supposed to be helping. People in front of me left 10 m before I did.
