Extremely dissatisfied with the \service\. I took my car in to get a water pump replaced and the heater block. It took a 2 months to get the water pump replaced, and when I called. I told the mechanic I really need my car it's the holidays and I use it for work.. He said \Yes Emmanuel we all need our cars\... To sum everything up 2 months in the shop and my car still has no heat and they scratched up my screen. Thanks guys.

Our salesman Dudley was great. We went to the showroom on a Saturday and picked up the car on Monday. The only comment on the negative side would be communication with the girl who answers the phone in the showroom, don’t leave a message with her, Dudley never got messages, I had to get a little aggressive with the girl who answered the phone for Dudley to call back. Email him if you want answers, don’t call.

Came here to check out a vehicle I was interested in. Dealership was professional, and did not waste my time. The car was there as they stated the night before. There are so many dealerships who lie to you and tell you they have a vehicle in stock, when they really don't. Based on my experience, I would return if I want to remain a VW customer.
