After reading those other reviews I was a bit skeptical but we rented from Clark anyway. We had a wonderful experience and the home was clean and there was nothing it didn't have. Clark was quick to respond to all our emails and texts and I even called on one occasion and during our conversation I asked about the other two reviews that were not very good. He told me the story about these guests and I would have to say Clark was right on with these people. As the saying goes you can't please everyone all the time. Anyway, we will be renting from Clark again and even looking into his Maui condos.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity from the owners. Please google and read other reviews (easy to find, look for Clark Norske) and you'll find reviews exactly like ours. Predatory owners that I would never trust again. Be forewarned

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE OWNERS. They are very unprofessional and will try to get as much money from you as possible. Despite paying a hefty "cleaning fee," if anything is left they will get upset. Clark accused my friends and me of trashing the house and threatened legal action as a scare tactic to get us to pay for things we did not do. These are the type of owners that will prey on people. I repeat, DO NOT rent from them.
