You can't just rent an umbrella and set it up yourself, you have to get their full service option. Looks like reviews are written by friends, not customers, fake.

We definitely recommend. My daughter who is 16 and never had a place to learn how to ride a bike, rented a bike for the day. She struggled for a quite a way up the street. She brought her bike for something smaller. As she did, they offered to teach her. After several minutes, maybe an hour, of two people trying to show her, she gave up. I love how they treated her without judgement. They are very reasonably priced.

We rented bikes for the week. They were in excellent condition. They even picked them up from our house since we were departing early in AM at the end of week. Great communication and easy to reach with any issues. We will be back next year!

They are very nice people! They helped me try to learn how to ride a bike without hesitation. They are hard workers as they build bikes everyday and will come get you if your bike breaks. They even remembered our names!
