I love going to this Ace. Everyone working there is helpful. They generally have everything I need except for some specialty items. I wish they would go back to accepting all coupons because they expire quickly I think and generally I go there when I need something for the house, not always 20. Also, I recently took two chainsaw chains to be sharpened, whoever did it did a really poor job. I can't recommend them for that.

This is an amazing store with amazing customer service. I love all of you! I have to give Sven a special thank you for what he did for me and the great job he did fixing my bed table so it wouldn't collapse on me. I'm a disabled senior and my life if on the Internet including seeking a remote position and this horrific table just continually collapsed causing extra pain and time each time. I could never thank Sven enough for what he did to help me, and he did an absolutely beautiful job!! Thank you Sven, my hat is off to you for your work and kindness!

I always feel like I am an inconvenience to the cashier women here. If you try to tell them that a price is coming up wrong on an item or actually anything for that matter they just seem so annoyed with you. I don't know why I keep shopping here, I will no longer continue after my last experience. Oh and I went into the store because it said that they had an item in stock online that I wanted. So I drove there to pick it up and sure enough they didn't have the item I wanted in stock. I ended up having to buy an item similar for more than double the amount. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Ace is the place! The service here is great. Always someone to help out with finding what you need or just good advice on your repair or project. You won't get that in the big box places. This is reminiscent of the old neighborhood hardware store. They have a great selection of fishing equipment too.
