What a day! Just finished a day on the swamp. We were able to airboat with only our family of 4 on a big airboat then had a zoo all to our selves. I was nervous about our first outing since everything happened. Our escort met us with masks and hand sanitizer. We saw everything get scrubbed down before and after, we had our own area and never had to interact with anyone but our escort (I'm sorry I forgot his name), our boat captain was great and we saw plenty of alligators. Then we went to a zoo had a great visit allowing us to take part in all the exhibits with-out anybody rushing us. Had a great day and it felt great to be out an about without the news and stress with us for a while.

Rex our tour guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. Answering all our questions and patiently keeping our group all together.
I was visiting on a cruise ship and took part in the tour of Kennedy Space Center and was able to see way more then I expected in such a short time in the Cape Canaveral. They took us straight out to the Saturn building and we saw way more then the other visitors that went through the front door. We were exploring Kennedy Space Center 35 minutes from walking out the ship. The entire process was great and even getting back was quick and painless just in time to make our dinner reservations. Perfect Day!
We just finished our tour of the Kennedy Space Center with Kevin, from this tour company. Normally I research like crazy when we are visiting an attraction. I didn't have time to research how to maximize our time, but I didn't have to for this location. Kevin knew how to hit all of the highlights and take shortcuts. We saw more of the KSC in 5 hours than we could have seen in 8 on our own.
We utilized this service for transfers to an from Orlando Airport last week from the Carnival Sunshine. They met us at our baggage belt and escorted us to the check in area. Within minutes we handed over our boarding passes and we were on our way to the ship, we had the same driver Juan on the return and he remembered us and remembered I told him I got motion sick and both ways he made sure my wife and I had front seats. He had all of our luggage in lines when we got to the airport and did not leave until we were all on our way. I have been on over 100 cruises and this was by far the best cruise line run transportation. Great start and end for a cruise.
Zero stars for this company, if that were an option. I have never been treated so rudely. I hired this company to provide transportation from the Cruise Center to the Orlando Airport. When we were dropped off at the airport I noticed that one piece of my luggage was not removed from the cargo of the bus. I told the driver and his assistant and they quickly told me that someone must have stolen my bag, they shut the bus door in my face and drove off. The entire interaction must have only been 30 seconds. I was not given any phone number to call or any contact information at all. The next day I received a call from the Orlando Airport that my bag was left in the bus drop off area unattended and airport security brought it to the lost and found. So as I suspected, my bag was unloaded with the next group of people that this bus picked up and dropped off at the airport. I now have to pay 92 to have my bag shipped back to me because no one from this tour company will return my calls. Don't use this company as they don't care about their customers and they have very poor business practices. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Bus luggage door came open on the way to KSC. Our luggage flew across the road getting ruined. Tour company says it's the bus company's responsibility, bus company says it's the tour company's responsibility. Never trust a company that gives you the run around after they screw up.
Absolutely disrespectful. After leaving me stranded all they had to tell me was that they “work with cruise lines not with people” I would suggest anyone or any company doing business with them to stop doing so until they get normal customer service
