These people are unprofessional from the HR Talent/ recruiter person to the regional manager and center supervisor. From what I experienced this place isn't Super at all, Super rude! and uncompassionate fits them better. I was only interviewed for a position, I can only imagine how they must treat their customers.

Worst company ever. Rude. When you ask to speak to someone specific that is familiar with your case, they lie and say they can’t transfer you, they say a supervisor will call you back, they don’t. Orders are messed up, billing is messed up. They deny services if their coding is messed up on their end as far as insurances. Meanwhile we have no trach supplies for a vent-dependent elderly woman. If you are considering this company, please seek supplies elsewhere. Out of the 3 med supply companies we use for our family member, this is the only company to constantly screw up and deny supplies.

So Far great! Responded to my D’s referral immediately. State of the art CPAP machine. Very professional, explained everything, great service! California Sleep Solutions took over 6 months to respond to my Dr's. referral.
