I truly could not have had a better experience at Superior Archery. My bow unexpectedly lost a part, causing the string to fall from the cam, while I was hunting in Eastern Montana. I called Rob at Superior Archery in Billings for assistance. Without ever meeting me, Rob told me he would do what he could to get me back out. Rob said he didn’t want to see a person’s weekend hunt get ruined if he could fix it. Rob took the missing part off a show-room bow in order to repair my own bow. I had never been to this archery shop before, as I live in Bozeman, but Rob treated me like a friend. This type of hospitality is why I will repeatedly choose local businesses over the big name stores. I will definitely be back and will recommend this archery shop to friends.

Absolutely terrible experience! My son dropped off my bow for a new string, a mouse had chewed partially through existing one. We wanted it in a press and the damaged string off ASAP. The owner was rude and condescending and told him not to touch the string because it was dangerous. She said it would be three weeks. He returned in a week to take the bow back because he was still unhappy with the interaction. Owner couldn't find the bow and noticed it was on the concrete floor where it had fallen after the string broke because she hung it by the string on 2 metal hooks!!! Now we need to take it to a reputable dealer and have it assessed for damage. It should have been placed in a press immediately upon arrival and any good dealer would know this!

Over the years I have had great service from the Morgan’s. I made the mistake of buying a bow from a big store many years ago and they could not get it tuned. After several attempts to get it right I finally took it to Rob and he had it fixed in five minutes. I have since bought two bows from them and will recommend them to anyone needing anything archery related. Great shop and very friendly down to earth family run business! I’ll be a customer for life!
