During my last visit my Service advisor was Marcus Johnson , who was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and told me approximately my wait time which prove to be right on. He was very pleasant with me, and because of that experience I'm now considering doing more busy there to correct some things I had been putting off. I feel now I will be getting a honest quote, and continued good customer service.

My service adviser was Marcus. He is always helpful and detailed. He isn't pushy and advises me on what I need to ensure my car stays in good condition. He takes pride in making sure I fully understand what is going on with my vehicle. As a female, it is hard to trust servicemen but I trust his advice. I will continue to use this location for service to my Malibu.
