I have purchased 6 vehicles from Superior, 3 new and 3 used. I have always had the best sales people on each of my purchases. Jennifer Driggers was an absolute awesome, low pressure and highly knowledgeable person to deal with. She always stayed in touch and after 3 months found us exactly what we wanted. The management answered all my questions and took great care of us as returning customers. If your needing to buy a vehicle you are good to go here! Oh, and ask for Jennifer - you won't be disappointed.

I would give them a \0\ If I could. We drove 100 miles to to make a deal on a new Impala Premiere. Did the test drive, trade appraisal and ready to sign the deal for the advertised sale price of 31K on a 41K car. The salesman took the papers to the sales manager and returned to tell us that the price would be 41K since the sale ended three days prior, but would take 2K off the MSRP of 41K. I showed them on my phone that the car was advertised on their site with no \sale ended\ notice. The salesman's response was that they were on three different web sites and they hadn't been updated. The manager didn't even come out to tell us he wasn't going to honor the advertised price. We just left the dealership without the car.We called GM about it and they were nice but did nothing about it. This is typical 'bait and switch'. The good news is we bought a new 41K MSRP Hyundai Azera that is beautiful with more features than the Impala, and we bought it for the advertised price of 31K from Crain Automotive. We had the best experience with them, they even drove the color car we wanted up from Fort Smith while we had lunch. See picture below of our new Hyundai Azera.
