Pretty good experience for me. Parked in the back, walked around to the door and called them on the phone. Got a call to a door not too much later. Loaded fairly quickly and the people I dealt with were nice. What more can you ask for?
got there at 10am got a door as soon as I checked in. was out by 12pm why not bad. it's got it's days last time I was here it took about 3 or 4 hours to get loaded because of course there were more trucks.
These truckers are dumping on Superior for the loading dock wait times but I'll review it as an end consumer of the milk. This is the best damn milk and eggnog I've ever had in my life. Aldi, Costco, and now Sam's Club carry their milk here in Georgia and it is phenomenal. In the past I'd have to go visit family in Wisconsin to taste milk this good.
We just waited 41 hours to get loaded out of this place. Yes, you read that right.....41 hours!!!! Yet they still expect the load to deliver @ 5 tomorrow morning 18 hours away. They also marked that our trailer wasn't clean and free of damage which is completely incorrect. Believe the reviews you read here from the truckers, they're accurate. Plus we're overweight..... Never again.
