TMC driver here very professional here for offloading shingles. The forklift drivers are awesome very nice and eager to help you. Parkup is easy out front plenty of space for at least four 48 foot trucks and trailers. You can unstrap on the nice concrete pavement no mud nice driveway. Be careful and not miss the drive way slow down on highway 24 or you will miss the driveway at night. There is a Superior sign out front but kinda difficult to see at night. Check in is by talking to a forklift driver.easy offload.
