I was encouraged to switch over to propane from fuel oil by a Griffith representative. I make the switch and purchased the new unit through Griffith. After my initial purchase of propane they raised my per-gallon rate considerably (by about 1 per gallon). When I called to discuss it I was basically told that the rate could not be adjusted. I feel that Griffith took advantage of me and I am now in the process of selecting another propane supplier.
