In 2006 we had Superior Pool & Spa put an in ground pool in our yard. I would agree with some of these comments that they were hard to get a hold of, didn't come when they say they would... and may took a little longer to install then agreed. (to be fair, some due to weather and rain) BUT... here I am getting ready to build a new home and very much thinking of having Superior Spa & Pool do our next pool as well. We have had 12 seasons of wonderful memories made with family and friends in our pool!! And over this time, no issues at all with the actual pool or equipment. I am seriously thinking... that the trade off of possibly not having great customer service might be worth it to have a pool installed I know that will last. They must do okay to be in business this long. So, I will try and not let 26 reviews scare me off from visiting with them about my next pool.

This is absolutely the worst business around for pool and spa treatment we this is a hotel and we ordered 1 item from them a month ago and still nobody can tell me my order is in. Then we called them to come repair our pipe for our pool they never showed up and never answered the phone i have called twice and still no answer. If you want a place to go for pool and spa stuff I recommend " Classic pool and spa" i have switched our business and classic pool and spa is absolutely amazing and wonderful nice employees
Parents bought a spa from here. Spa worked fine for a few months and then had a couple issues. Which isn't a problem in itself, but the one time a technician came to work on the spa said, "I don't know what's wrong. I'll do some research and be back tomorrow". He never came back and despite several calls to get someone back to fix the problem nobody ever came. But besides all this, it's not a coincidence that there are all these bad reviews. A real business owner that truly cared about their clientele would do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are taken care of. Jason who is replying to these reviews is very unprofessional. Instead of making excuses about why there's a bad review and trying to justify it, why not ask what you could do to fix the problem or make it right? We love supporting local businesses but this is not one we can suggest to people based on the experience my parents had and what is being said by Jason in reply to bad reviews. Please be careful when dealing with this company.
Terrible customer service. We purchased a spa and cover three years ago and the cover fell apart. We know it has a five year warranty which they refused to honor and would not help us contact the manufacturer to see if they would honor the warranty. They just kept saying the warranty would not be honored. The person helping us kept running to the back to talk with the boss. The boss refused to come out to the counter and help us resolve the issue. We finally just said we would pay for a new cover, but the person helping us did not know how to fill out the form or even what information the form was asking for to order the correct item. The workers are not trained and the boss has no interest in helping you. Stay away from this place. We are now 7000 wiser.
Superior installed an in ground pool 16 years ago. They took almost 3 times as long to complete as they promised, never showed up on time, sold us equipment only they sold if you need to replace anything. We have replaced everything at least once. Electrical was incorrect, steps and pool do not meet up properly..Not worth the time going on and on. I would rate them less than 1 star.
Worst "business" ever. Surprised this place is even still running. They steal your money, lie about what they offer and don't care about you as a customer as long as they can take your money. Been trying to get them out for a service call for months and the owner Jason, refuses to come out. Return messages. The workers lie about him being there so he can't talk on the phone. Don't fall into the scam of this company. I've contacted the BBB to look into this place. Reading all the other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one either. Going to try and get this place shut down so no one else gets scammed.
Scheduled a pool closing for Thursday, Never showed. Called late Thursday and was told someone would call me later that day. NO one called. I've called 8 times today on Friday, no answer. Left message, no call back. I've spent thousands with them. I've got a 44,000 gallon in ground. Time to give my money to someone else, they obviously don't need it !!!!
Hours are clearly marked online and on the front door. 10-6pm M-F. Showed up at 540pm and the lights are off and the doors locked. Not exactly sure what the business hours are???
