I absolutely love Dr. Surattanont. Very down to earth, will listen to everything you have to say. I have been with her for years and had the absolute best service. She has sat down with me and explained everything in detail, even if it takes awhile. Never felt rushed in her office. Even when I was referred out for additional procedures, I came back to her. As far as staff, she has had the best and worse. She has supported her good staff to move upward in their careers. As far as the worse, you don't find out until they start to work for you. Lastly, who expects people to work for free?! I don't!! You should know your co-pays and insurance information before you go to your doctor visits. The diligence is your responsibility!

I have been with her for over 20 years . The only reason I did not give Dr. Surattanont a 5 star is because she does not take medicare but I still see her and pay cash instead of another doctor. I tried other doctors but they make me come back again and again. She just gets it right the first time so I feel like I am not wasting time.
I have been going to Dr. S for 18 years and when she stopped taking my insurance, I still kept going. She was always my \go to\ doc when all my other doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. She ended up saving my husband's life when she agreed to call around and find a specialist that would take his insurance when the other office suddenly dropped his insurance and she does not even see men.
I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Surattanont was able to help me after two visit when all the other specialists kept getting it wrong. I was being given antibiotics for overactive bladder, endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. It only took Dr. S two visits but she spent one hour with me each time. I also like that when I call the office, I get real people. I don't talk to a machine. Sometimes, I have to call a lot o times but at least a real person picks up and I get a real answer right away. Not going anywhere else.
The most rude and ignorant office staff I have even spoken with in my life! I called as a new patient to schedule an appointment and wanted to know when the first appointment could be available! I was constantly asked for my insurance information before I could get an answer to my question?! I understand that she needed to confirm I was covered but for the life of me she was just not comprehending that I wanted to make sure there would not be an appointment out for weeks! Then when she finally did answer my question I was so offended by the way she was speaking to me I asked to speak to someone else which she continued to yell “ give me your information, it’s simple” and then told me there was no one else I could speak with! This doctor needs to get her self a more professional office staff because she just coasted her a paitient!
