We rented a pontoon (just three weeks old) on Wednesday this week and had an amazing time! The staff was unbelievably wonderful and accommodating with me and my kids. The lake is absolutely stunning! Unfortunately, we ran out of gas on our way back to the marina. However, Darby quickly came to our rescue and brought us a tank to get back to shore. I highly recommend this marina for anyone looking to enjoy the day out on the water! Thank you to everyone at Surdyke Yamaha & Marina! — at Lake of the Ozarks.

Had a very good experience with the sales staff at Surdyke Yamaha marine and service at Lake of the Ozarks. For any of my jet ski needs they were on it. Excellent 4 if you were needing to rent some jet skis or if you are buying jet skis and or if you need your jet ski service or repaired I highly recommend............

Best service around. Regan was so kind, she took the time to find us a boat and explained what to expect before we got there. When we arrived the smiles and warmth from the team continued. We rented a pontoon for a half day and had an awesome time! We attempted a boat rental from another marina and did not have the same experience. We will be back! Thank you!!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. My first recommendation would be to staff employees that are older than 14 years old to speak with customers. I was quoted over the phone an entirely different price than what they tried to charge us initially. They also forgot to mention that if you plan on renting more than 1 watercraft there would be separate security deposits totaling over 1,000 each. It has now been 3 days since returning the watercraft and i have yet to receive my security deposit back. Oh! and at the time of bringing the watercraft back we were charged an additional 500 for a "late fee" and "damages". I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its pretty bad when you talk the pricing with another boat rental place about renting here and they tell you that you are getting screwed. This place is trash. Also, notice the positive reviews are about 1-2 sentences long. I'm sure that those people are really their customers. HA!

Horrible experience after spending thousands of dollars here in the last month. We will never rent from here again. Told us to drop the boat off on Sunday, when we pulled up there were some guys sitting there that told us to get lost which ended up in a huge argument with my 65 year old mother. You guys are downright unprofessional and I highly recommend everyone stays away from these people. The last thing the guy said to us was “we don’t wanna be here either” ...? His name was bob. STAY AWAY!!!

We were unknowingly provided a faulty water tube. It deflated on us 1/2 way through our time. They charged us 250 for a tube that was clearly very warm and misused. They also said the inner tube was new, which goes to show that someone prior to us damaged the water tube covering. The picture provided with this review is the covering that caused a hole in the inner tube. The anchor was also garbage. It did not hold the pontoon in place while we were trying to sit in a cove and relax. Be careful with this place and its business practice of scamming customers.

Very professional and friendly staff. Boat was close to new and had an awesome radio in it as well. Boat also had a float pad on the front to throw out and relax. Would highly recommend!
