The food was much to be desired . I’ve heard great things about cine citta cafe , and therefore was compelled to try it out. However, I was not too pleased with the food and service alike. The pizza’s are great , but the staff is not accommodating with modifying your order . The pasta was under salted and under cooked. I do not recommend the pink penne sauce pasta. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, and I will not be dining there in the future.

Good food but TINY portions and very expensive. Service should be more accommodating. Asked for a sauce to be added on half the pizza. Waiter replied with a no even though the sauce was added with a squirt bottle after the pizza was cooked. I would recommend the Mac and cheese since it was the only normal sized portion.
They brought me the wrong order three times. By the fourth time, we decided to take our food to go. They included an 18% and charged us for the wrong dish which was more expensive!! They only include 18% for 5 people , we were two people and going home to eat our food!!! We were hungry and annoyed so to avoid making a scene left and I decided to call them the next day. We explained the frustration and he said he would speak to the waiter and get back to me. Nothing. After a few weeks we decided to go back with friends. Before we ordered I walked over to the manager and reminded him what happened and he said yes I remember you and I’ll take care of you. We ordered a lot of food and deserts when the bill came he didn’t remove anything off the bill or give us a complementary desert or anything. Very surprising. I should not have been charged for a dish I didn’t order and paid an 18% tip for terrible service when I took my food to go. I gave him an opportunity to fix it. I will not be going back It’s a shame when a restaurant with good food has bad service. To the restaurant: people aren’t going to come to a restaurant with terrible service. There are plenty of other options.
I was truly disappointed at the quality of food in this restaurant and the dishonesty when it came to billing me. The fish came raw and had to be sent back. When I had to pay the bill what was advertised as 25.95 on the menu was charged 28.95. When I pointed out the error the manager said the computer generates the charges and there was nothing he could do. This is not commensurate with Jewish values and dealing honestly with the public
This place was awesome! The ambiance was really nice. The waiters are very knowladgble and kind. Food was truly delicious. Presentation amazing.
