The patio furniture purchased from Absolutely Patio Furniture did not meet our expectation. The manufacturer, Hanamint, sent a notice that the patio furniture product had a defect and would correct. Almost 4 weeks later and several follow-up emails finally resulted in securing usable chairs. Never again! Absolutely Patio Furniture provided subpar customer service.

Absolutely Patio came through, and made this right. I have a table and 4 chairs. I actually like it better than the original. I purchased a table and two stools in November 2018. Two stools were back ordered until January 2019. I called in January and was told the order was delayed another couple of months. This went on until November of 2019. After waiting one year for my back ordered stools, I finally picked them up this week. They are the wrong stools. They are not the same size as the table and stools I purchased last year. When I called today, which is Black Friday, I was told I had to wait until the owner returns on Tuesday. This has been a terrible experience, and I will never purchase from this store again.
