I thought I would shop here instead of Safeway since its the closest location to my new home in Wittman but I am going to make the longer drive to Safeway! I gave it two tries, first time no one was at the seafood counter,waited for over five minutes until someone showed up...and seemed bothered! Then when I went to checkout the cashier was short with me when i asked if my Safeway app coupons works with my phone number here! Second time was ignored by an older man at the deli counter, he looked right at me and kept making coleslaw, no hello, no someone will be right with you,nothing! Then when the other employee finished helping people on the other side he finally came over. He was polite, but he definitely seemed irritated the other man wasn't helping people and the line was getting really backed up... Is it just me or are the employees miserable here?!

I stopped by the grocery store for some essential items and needed to use the restroom before starting to shop. The bathrooms in this store are really gross and unclean. With all the pandemic stuff happening right now I would think that the employees would be more on top of it but nope. I spoke to the store director who I believe was name Alen and he said he would take care of it in ride voice with the impression he did not really care about the store experience. This store is located in suprise, az there is a lot of retirees in this area and I just hope no one gets sick from coming here. A employee was in the restroom as well and this seemed to be a normal and casual bathroom standard for the store. I'm not coming here again there are other options that are much safer and more professional.

We went to this store during what are their supposedly senior only hours, which they advertise due to Covid. There were many non-seniors in the store and the store seemed to forget their seniors only policy. Other than that I was pleased with the store.

What a nightmare! I asked the check out cashier if he wanted my coupons now or at the end. He said he would take it all at the end. As I'm walking to my car and loading my groceries, I'm thinking how did I spend 220? Then I realized the cashier never took the coupons off! I had to go back in to Customer service and stand in line (I felt sorry for the people behind me)! Hey Albertsons, I have your loyalty card. Can't that be enough? Why all the coupons, the online Just For U stuff? Just give me the best price with my loyalty card. Do you think that most of us Senior Citizens enjoy messing around with all this other stuff? Well, we don't!!!
