I ordered a replacement drapery and also needed a new rod. Altra was able to match the old fabric, and the workmanship is excellent. Ted, the installer, was very personable and did a perfect job of removing the old rod and drape, putting up the new. There was minimum mess, and he cleaned up what there was. He was also good enough to re-pin a sagging section of another drape which I was unable to reach. Kelly Guy was delightful to work with and her measurements were perfect. There's much to see in Altra's showroom, and I recommend them without reservation. It will be the first place I go if I need any additional window treatments, flooring or counters.

Had custom triple pleat drapes made for my oversized Arcadia patio door/window. They turned out beautiful. Very nice heavy duty decorative rod with draw string left handed pull. Has been looking good for over a year now. Then I had matching valences made over our windows and they made the room look complete. Then I had to ask the installer to come back months later to lower the valences so I could have ceiling beams installed. No problem. The price was reasonable and the work was well done. I recommend Altra Home Decor.
