Trying to find out why APS bill is so high when I am using less power than solar panels are producing. On hold with first lady and then she transferred my to APS solar. On hold for almost an Hour. Still waiting. . Laura

I am a real estate agent and have had to call APS many times to assist customers. I have always found them easy to work with and that they are resourceful to help in most situations. I have had multiple personal and business accounts with them in the past and continue to feel that they provide good customer service support.
It's hot! I'm hot. Woke up hot. No AC, no nothing. 5:15 AM and I'm not happy. grab my phone using APS app to report power outage. 7:01 AM Troy from APS is knock'in on my door. Researches the problem, Electrical panel, cable from meter to transformer, testing everything he can find. \Bingo\, 30 minutes later I'm back in business. Troy took the time to explain in detail what might have happened. Now I'm happy! Many thanks to Troy, a fine representative for APS who gets the job done rite!!
Notice how they do not respond to any of these reviews? They know you need them since they are the only company in this area, therefore, they raise prices as they wish. I hope competitor's are authorized to rise up to compete for our servives so us customers are not scammed because the county contracts crooks to steal our money (more of an assumption to why we only have 1 availabe to us). Regardless, step it up APS, someday you will be put in your place and us customers will remember \the awsome\ service you provide.
