I like BBB but the staff is not friendly at this location, and this is the reason for 3 stars. They also seemed to be low on inventory and many displays are empty. Otherwise they have a good variety of household goods and I can typically find anything I need.

I called looking for an item I really wanted that was no longer sold online . I had the brand, exact name of the item, description of material including a zipper, and price point. The woman working was short with and said the item was in stock and rudely mentioned that I could just go online after I told her the website said to check inventory with stores. Of course when we arrived it was completely not even close to what we were looking for.......... 40 mile round trip waste of time.
Blah, blah, blah. Poor customer service and poor return policy. This big box store in particular isn’t going to make it.
Probably one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Very engaging and helpful but not intrusive. A pleasant experience
They let old people in the store with no mask on even though it is FEDERALLY mandated and by all agencies of the state. So, if they do not take this seriously and let contaminated people cough all over there store and don’t say anything about the mask not being on. I say everyone who has lost someone to this or is immune compromised stay away from all bed bath and beyond because they do not care about you at all.
