I’m giving this Caliber location 4 stars because our car was finished on time. The damages were repaired and it looks like it did new. The doors shut like they did before the damage. So we were very happy with the repairs. The turn in was easy and we used our USAA to do it all. Let’s get to the delivery- Jerry called me one day and said our car was in the wash being detailed and told me we could pick it up that afternoon. We weren’t able to but when my wife went the following morning she was told it wasn’t ready, it was in the wash line with 11 cars ahead of it and that we shouldn’t have expected it to be ready because he hadn’t called yet....? Our car was ready the next day which put it done the day we were told to expect. My wife went to pick it up to find paint overspray inside and outside of the front and rear passenger doors, sanding dust all over the inside and a stack of used sanding disks under the folded seats hat hadn’t been cleaned. The wheels hadn’t been cleaned with the exception of the one they replaced. If my vehicle isn’t spotless I’m not complaining but when I’m told it’s being detailed for two days and I get it back in the condition we received it in, I’m not a happy guy. In closing, everything up to the delivery was great but the delivery left a bad taste in mouth.

We just got our truck back from Caliber. The entire process was pleasant. They were friendly, kept us updated throughout the entire process, were on time and did a great job. The truck looks like new. . We would definitely use them again, but hope we don’t have to. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking lot. Very tight for a large truck.
Hit a tire thread off a semi on I-10...So far a good experience, however was quoted a 4 day turn around but now it looks like it's going to be 14... I have been receiving text updates but have not received my vehicle back yet, can't rate the work Ok today i had to change my review to 1 star today is March 6th a piece fall off that got repaired since i got it back i have also noticed a weird humming sound that was not there prior .. been trying to call all day and lines not working . i should have known something else was gonna be wrong because at pick up my bumper was not aligned correctly .. i had to pint it out
