My husband and I thought we would give them another try and never again. We did curbside pick up ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes nobody came out to tell us anything we had to go inside to be told that will be next. We waited another 15 minutes still nothing. We end up waiting 45 minutes then we had to go in again and was ignored when we walked in. Finally got our food and our food was cold and not good. Very disappointed!

We been here two times, plus other times with our kids. Every time we endup waking away because the service. We stand waiting to be help everytime, their costumer service is the worse two employees working at front. They saw us and nothing. Food my be good is what I heard but their attention to service and care for their business is not.
It was good when they first opened, but has evidently been stricken by the pandemic. If you order curbside pickup - which we tried 3 times - you won't receive the full order and then one of three things happens 1) someone doesn't get to eat 2) you can drive back there and not eat with the rest of your family 3) you can get a refund if you used your debit card. Now should you go into eat you will be given a dollop of barbecue sauce and if you want coleslaw on your sandwich you will get a tablespoon on top, and your side choice is they are out or the fryer is down. Do not recommend.
We love this place but the ribs are hit or miss. Today it was a big miss, they tasted like they've been re-warmed the whole week.
I really wanted to like this BBQ joint as the northwest valley does not have many options for Texas style BBQ. Unfortunately this restaurant has issues with the app not indicating that the food is ready. Waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for my togo order to find my food sitting getting cold on a table. Once I got home and opened the bag I was missing a sandwich and the sauces. Overall the BBQ was dry and tasted more like dishwater than good smoked BBQ meats.
