I've visited this emergency room a few times in the past few weeks for the same issue that is now resolved. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes to be seen. The providers are wonderful, compassionate and caring. The nurses, receptionist are very warm and professional. I greatly recommend coming here to be seen, it's so much better than the Banner hospitals. Thank you so much for the awesome care! I don't understand why/how the rating is only 2.7?! Everyone here is so warm, compassionate and caring. I've been here a few times now that they welcome me personally. I read some of the other reviews and people don't realize that yes, their issue is important but the health need of others have to be prioritized. Someone with chest pain is going to go ahead of someone that has a skin rash or something that isn't life threatening. Sherri

I have been to this place twice before my visit on Sept. 15, 2020. The first time I had to visit, it was late in the evening and the staff was compassionate and supportive. I was so pleased that when my son was hit in the face we left Peoria Sports Complex and took him here. Both times I paid for my services which were in a range that did not alarm me. I received a bill last month after paying my 200 deductible up front at Dignity Health and my jaw dropped. I was told I still needed to pay another 766 for my less than hour visit. When I went on to my insurance to see what was submitted, I saw they charged BCBS of AZ 7,712.50. When I tried to see what the charges were for they just said Hospital Service. I asked for an itemized report of my charges I was told one would be mailed to me which I did not receive, which is why I went on to my account for BCBS to check. I tried to go online and set up my account to look at my results and this hospital is not an option and the website will not let me set up an account. I'm frustrated because I was told they couldn't figure out why my right ankle was swelling up. (They checked for a blood clot, but said there was nothing) I was in pain and having shortness of breath. I tried showing the doctor that my right leg had been swelling like this for the past couple of months, but he was not interested. He just said there is nothing he can do as they are not finding anything, but to elevate it. I understand that I need to be charged for the services I received, but I can't wrap my brain around this amount above and then having to pay 966 out of my pocket.

My mom loves this place they took good care of her so many times The nurses are friendly not sure why they are 2.7 they deserve 5 stars. They helped my mom who was having heart issues, they always checked up even with her food poisoning. They helped her so much they are truly there for you Thank you to the staff and nurses being so kind to my mom

I was seen here for an abscess on my leg by Dr.Vraa. He was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. He was apologetic for the wait but that was only because he was taking his time caring for each of his patients.. My nurse was very kind , and so was the receptionist at the front desk. Staff members care for their patients . Everyone did a wonderful job for that reason they were given a 5 star rating. This place has just opened . I don't know if they admit patients there. It is a single level building, not your typical hospital setting.. They are open 24hrs. You are required to wear a mask. You are allowed to bring one person back in the ER with you but they have to sign in . Any questions feel free to ask. If I am not sure I can find out for you.
