My experience with Fishell Screens was mediocre. If you only care about the finished product then this review is 5 stars because the end result looks like it's supposed to. But if you care about customer service, I give this review 1 star. I understand I was trying to schedule service during the height of the busiest season in Arizona (summer) but from start to finish, this project took over 2 months to complete. I had to call 3 times just to get a callback to schedule for someone to come out and measure for a simple bug screen I needed installed on my soon-to-be-nursery window. When someone finally came to our home to measure, it was 2 grumpy elderly gentlemen with no personality whatsoever who made you feel like you were burdening them with such a task. And the same experience goes for when they came to do the actual installation. When you are letting someone into your home, an even somewhat friendly service worker is always welcome to put you at ease. The customer service over the phone was just as disheartening. Once gentleman who (finally) called me back to schedule the measurement service literally left a voicemail that was his first name, last name and phone number…that’s it. I also understand that my project was small potatoes (just 1 bug screen totaling 75) compared to, say, someone needing sunscreens on every single window of their home. But the amount of money I am spending shouldn’t make me any less a priority. The company seems to operate on a very low scale as they did not accept card payment and handed us a written receipt at the end of the project and we had to mail a check to them for payment (which we also weren’t informed of prior to by anyone because the gentlemen said all of but 2 words during their entire visit).

An excellent job rescreening our patio. Very reasonable price. Concise, accurate installation. Very good clean up. Did 17 permanent screen sections in under 3 hours. Highly recommended.
Could not help me but gave me help with people that could.
