Be careful with there technician for wrongfully diagnosing, and service department. Service manager O'neil is great. The service writer (Noe) had told me that my resonator was internally broken at first which was going to cost me over 2500 to fix because he said my warranty would not cover exhaust. Then he told me the bracket was broken so I told him to order it for me and I'll install it. He told me it was on national backorder which is not. But the moral of the story is, Two bolts and some blue locktight fixed the rattle problem.

I only gave them four stars because after they completed the oil change, the Service Tech said, oh I just thought your car was dusty!!! Come on, you could tell it was dirty. I feel like he didn’t have it done because I didn’t buy the vehicle from there. He offered to run it through the car wash when I got to my car but it was after 5:00 and I had been there almost two hours and that was with an appointment.

I want to return or sell my new Ford Transit Cargo 250 Van medium Roof. I was sold an extended warranty illegally. it is null and void and wasted 3800.00. i want to modify the van into a campervan. I called to complain and have not received a call back to fix my problem... i think they stated to just call the ford bank and they can fix it.. well not to my satisfaction. I hate this place now. I will never do bussiness with them again. if anyone wants to buy my new 2020 van for 38000.00 I will sell it to you. text me kenny [email protected]
