There are very few times that someone can genuinely say that they were helped out in a very courteous and professional manner at a car dealership. Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Surprise is an exception to that rule. From the first email all the way through to after delivery of my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500, there was nothing but compassion, understanding, and happy professional courtesies between myself, and the sales team as well as the finance manager. If you go to Larry H Miller for a Ram truck, see\KT\. Mr Thomas was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All I could ask for in a salesman. I just met him this morning and only my second visit here. If I buy a Ram it will be from KT. The dealership has a cafe, computer desk, comfortable waiting area. And friendly staff.

Wonderful experience with Larry H Miller Surprise! Our salesman, Tyler was excellent! He helped answer all of our questions and worked to get us the best rate as we had other comparisons from other dealers. Our Finance guy, Travis was also excellent! He too helped us get the best rates for warranty. Overall amazing place to do business with! Car buying can be intimidating, and this place by far was not! So laid back and got the job done! Been to this dealer two times now for service on my 2020 Ram. I initially bought a 3 change synthetic package that included a tire rotation. The first time, they didn't rotate the tires per my request, even though the truck had 6500 miles on it. It was explained to me that they didn't appear to need to be rotated. I had to then wait another 30 minutes for them to bring it back into the shop to complete the rotation. I came in for the second oil change this week and upon leaving, I looked at the receipt and saw they put in normal oil, not synthetic. When I made my appointment the call taker noted my package so I didn't feel I had to mention it upon checking in. After seeing this I had to turn around and go inside to make sure I would still have my 2 synthetic changes despite this mistake. It just seems like I shouldn't have to be marking my tires, insisting on a rotation and double checking what kind of oil is put into my vehicle. I am tied to this location because of my package, and now feel like every time I bring my truck in, I have to be \that guy\. I am sincerely hoping the next couple of service appointments go much better. But as of now, I am dreading them.

Took my Jeep in for an oil change with No appointment and was in and out within the hour. The staff was nice and the waiting room is nice too.
