How many times, can I say, i love their green tea. Yum. Oh, almost forgot. The staff off of Bell in Surprise, AZ has always been nice and gives me free used coffee grounds for garden when I ask. Love it!

My first time in this branch by drive-thru. There was a manageable line, was quick and baristas were okay. But this was on a holiday Friday, so not sure on regular days. Signage for drive thru entrance can be improved. There was a blockage by the side of Raising Canes where the Drive Thru sign is, so if you're coming from the west on Bell Rd when you turn right on 144th Ave, don't turn left right away, go behind Raising Canes.
I want to let everyone know I've been through a lot. I've lost my job due to COVID and have been on the job hunt!!! Every morning I go into this Starbucks, and I always see a worker named Francisco who is seriously the best worker there. He brightens my day and I don't even know his last name! Hope people take example, he is truly a gem here! And by the way....ALWAYS GETS MY DRINK RIGHT! Thank you!!!!
I go here almost every other day, and I’m not one to leave a review, but I think it’s time. Yesterday I came in, was having a bad day, and I was instantly greeted by a young man, I think the manager francesco?? or something along those lines (sorry if wrong) , but he was so nice to me. Asked how I was, how I’ve been and we had a great little conversation. This interaction really made me have a complete turn around to my day. Things like this make a small little difference and just wanted to leave a review and hope he knows Stacy will definitely be back! Thank you!
