Very clean and generously shaded park. Works great for family outings and picnics. Features a duck pond and basketball court as well!! Very pleased with this park.

Surprise Community Park is about a 15-20 minute drive from me but I like going there and just walking around the park with my dog they have 2 dog fenced in dog parks, you can fish, have parties or just sit at any of the picnic tables they have. There are all kinds of ducks, swans and even a few geese. It's just relaxing. They also have kiddie park, racket ball, and a volleyball court with sand. You will enjoy yourself

The park is a pleasant oasis in central Surprise. There's pretty much something for everyone. A stocked pond with a fountain provides fun local fishing, and a place for the birds to come and be fed. There's is a nice playground area for smaller children. A dog park with separate gated areas for dogs over and under 20 lbs. A paved sidewalk around the pond for a nice stroll. There are 2 sand volleyball courts, 4 halfcourt (1 full & 2 halfcourt) basketball courts and many pickleball courts all free to enjoy. For a small fee and advanced reservations, there are over 20 tennis courts available with lights for night play (masks are require to enter the courts). In season, there is a pool with water slides. The local library is also located at the park. There is parking on all sides of the park.

Open,wide walking paths around a lake stocked with fish, many birds and fountains. Children playing and a large enclosed and small dog park. Very clean and safe.

Very nice park with grass areas and a sidewalk that circles the pound. A very nice playground for children and clean bathrooms. Trash cans everywhere and very nice ramadas that can be reserved. Also I have been told that the pond is stocked with good fish including trout and catfish.
