I can't say enough about my great experience with SS in Surprise! Charles was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the units. There were no uncomfortable attempts to \Hard Sell\ me on something bigger or upgrade additional charges. The units themselves are not fancy, but the lower prices more than make up for the lack of pretty buildings. My items will be secure here and (THE BEST PART) the prices won't go up every month until I'm paying double for the same space!
The person that help me was named John and he was very professional. Pleasant personality, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a joy doing business with him. Storage Solutions should be proud to have such a valuable employee on their staff. I will definitely recommend this facility to other people. Gregg Luker

Amazing Customer Service. We have had a unit here for 7 or 8 years with no worries. When we needed a little help, John leaped in a gave us amazing customer service. This was such a relief that we could we resolve these issues with teamwork and efficiency. Thanks again John! Highly Recommend.
